PLAYBILL MANAGER: Create playbill with play information to include cast list, crew list, orchestra, production team and all advertisements, etc.
  • Get information from Development Office for annual sponsors who must be represented in the program. This will be displayed for the 2007/2008 season in the Riley Center Lobby.
  • Get information from Development Office on which businesses to not approach.
  • Start creating playbill 2nd week of rehearsal.
  • Create playbill using preceding year as a model. Be certain to follow the publisher's requirements for size and placement of title and author's name, etc. This information is often found just inside the front cover of the script.
  • You should encourage as many people as possible to help you sell ads. Find out who has connections to businesses in the area. Parents may want to help. Parents may want to include ads of their own to wish their children success in the play.
  • On give the Stage Manager a list of the ads that you have sold.
  • The due date for all ads is ___. After that date no ads can be sold.
  • Collection of funds will be discussed at a later date.
